By registering for Women's Circle (July Edition), I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk. I understand that participating in a running event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, disability, death, and property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, whether caused by my own actions, the actions of others, the condition of the course, the weather, or the negligence of the Releasees defined below.
2. Release of Liability. I release, waive, and forever discharge Run With Princess Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, sponsors, partners, and the Moshood Abiola National Stadium (collectively "the Releasees") from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, or causes of action whatsoever arising from any injury, death, disability, or property damage I may suffer during or in connection with this event, including claims arising from the negligence of the Releasees.
3. Medical Authorization. I consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary by qualified medical personnel in the event of an injury or medical emergency. I agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred and release the Releasees from any liability related to medical treatment.
4. Media Release. I grant Run With Princess Ltd and its sponsors the irrevocable right to use my name, image, likeness, and voice in any media for promotional purposes related to the event, without compensation or further consent.
5. Representations. I confirm that I am physically fit to participate, have no medical conditions that would make my participation unsafe, and am not under the influence of any impairing substance.
6. Governing Law. This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
